Refund & Exchange
It has a factory defect. It is returned within 3 working days of receipt. It is returned along with the original purchase receipt. Once the item is returned, our service center will inspect the product. If a factory defect is confirmed: You will receive a cash refund within 48 working hours, or You may choose to receive a replacement product of the same value. Important Notes: The refund or exchange policy does not apply if the product’s warranty is expired or void.
